The Daily Mail, (leading British newspaper) showed a photograph of one of the side-sticks in the cockpit and called it the 'pilot's gear stick'!

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

Interesting stuff. Whether they can convince the world market to invest in them is another challenge. However good it is the Chinese lack the kudos of an established aviation industry and indigenous products, and the trust that brings. Whether it can gain more success than comparable products from (for example) Russia will be interesting.

I was thinking the same thing, the side stick and the cockpit switching that was show. Another collaboration between Airbus and another nation. The Suchoi Superjet 100 is a good example, the cockpit is so Airbus, it could never pass a a Russian aircraft if you took the label off it.
