THAT WAS HORRIBLE!!!

A disgusting commercial for who knows what!

Sometimes the price you pay to watch something for "free" is too much.

At least the ads on YouTube can be cut short after about 3 seconds.

I just hit the mute button, scroll down until I can barely see a line of the ad, count to 3, and hit the Skip Ad button.

But thanks anyway Jetranger.

Ummm, that is a CNN NEWS Video that appears on CNN, the commercial that appears before the video, appears on other Video's as well, has nothing to do with the News of this incident.

The insurance commercial appears before other CNN News videos too.

and that wasn't a YOU TUBE video, tho it may appear on YT shortly if someone posts it.

Notice the pilot kept fairly cool and the aircraft under control and still landed good !!! :P

didn't freak out and panic and end up in a field or somethin' .

anyway,,,,,,,

I was just yanking your chain, Jetranger. :D

Originally, I closed the window, hit the mute button, reopened the window, and switched back to your post. After a while I switched back to the video.

But there are a lot of internet news channels that I don't watch because of intrusive video ads.

If there's an article that I really want to read, I'll re-form the window into a narrow column with the sound turned off while I read it.

Like Paul, my first thought was DINNER! :D

I watched it several times and can't tell if the bird went in, or rolled back out the top of the window opening.

Thanks Mr. Jetranger.

There would of been new seats to be installed in that plane if I was flyin it ,,,,

cause,,, I'd plastered Brown stuff all over :D

had an Eagle come thru my Windshield one night out in Colorado, on the passenger side thankfully,,,, of my old Peterbilt,,,

took it clean out right in the middle of a snow storm too, had to drive a hundred miles with snow and wind coming in thru the cab,,

and the heater on full blast

till I could get to a truck stop and get the windshield repaired.

I had feathers all over that cab , fuzz, feathers, but no Bird ????

never did find that bird tho I had Eagle feathers all over the place inside the cab.

never will forget that.

that would be my Pete 378 model, not the 379 model with the longer hood.

425 Cat with a 13 speed and 4:11 rears on air-ride

also had a nice stereo in it.

that was my daily ride for 4 years, hauling new card board boxes to the Rubber maid plant in southern Kansas every day.

then when that contract ended, I pulled an Road Oil Tanker with it for 9 months to hi-way construction crews out on the hi way, everyday 6 days a week.

After 23 years of that life, in October of 2007, I decided its time to find something else to do and I Quit driving trucks, haven't drove since, think I was about 46 yrs.old at the time.

I been sittin at home flyin on my Flight Simulator every since too .

everybody thinks I retired too at this age ,,,,if they only knew

I didn't go to Iraq in 2003 for nothin' !!!

I keep Saddams Gold bars polished everyday nice & shiny :) :) :) :)

If ever you fancy doing it again, do what I do, as a change from Flight Sims.....

With my Steering Wheels and Pedals, I tour America (etc) with my various Truck Simulators and trucks....

I tour California, etc, at ground level, with my "Rig 'n Roll", and the whole of the USA with various; "18 wheels of Steel" Sims!

..only difference is, I am tied to the Inter-State Highways!

But it makes a nice change, and its lots of fun, as well as being educational...(route maps, etc)...!

Paul....with 18 wheels, twin stacks, and twin air-horns!.... ...!
