Another bloody aircraft tragedy!

Pilot error, mechanical failure, bad weather, etc, whatever it is, its heartbreaking for all those concerned.

It's hard to believe that it was a common accident after watching the video clip.

Almost straight down into the ground. Another suicide pilot?
