This is a very interesting site. It is an aircraft accident/incident reporting site http://avherald.com/h?list=&opt=1 . It only covers commercial aircraft with more then 19 seats. As I understand it, it uses aircraft industry insiders as the reporters plus other official channels, so the accuracy is somewhat better.
