To say here in Italy would be illegal, beside than daft. If I remember correctly there's a law that forbids someone who's learning AND a freshly licensed person with less than one year of driving experience to drive a car that may be able to travel above a certain speed (or was it engine displacement? Can't remember)...

And while I do not remember at the moment the minute details, having never had reason to learn them since that law was made effective when I had already more than the minimum requirements, I'm quite sure ANY Ferrari goes way above either parameter.

They're crazy, those Brits. ;)

It probably isn't being driven by a youngster. It's probably some rich middle easterner who hasn't got his UK conversion license yet but can drive with L plates provided he is accompanied by a full license holder.
