Jaguar XKE still sexy at 50

So it couldn't really do 150 mph and it did not handle very well... just simply one of the most gorgeous and distinctive production cars ever. A friend of my father's had  one when I was a kid, and I was lucky enough to get a few rides in it.  Been in love with them ever since.

Happy birthday, old girl!!  :-*

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

all due respect to Jag, I wouldn't want to be going that speed in the car. It is my number 1 car to own one day. But I'd never take it past 70 without making sure its up to scratch lol.

I wouldn't take anything past 70 without making sure it's up to scratch!   ;D

Well, I did do it once with my old Fiat Spider, after finally figuring out why I couldn't get the engine past 3000 rpm without it making a racket.  ::)
Got it up to 90 that evening, and probably shouldn't have...  ;D
