However is it really classed as defrauding if your quite open and honest about it? I'd say no. Also, should he not have been arrested in 2007 when he moved over for Kimi?
And finally, if they really did do this, then Alonso should be sat in the police car with him, it would be harsh for Massa, but a few years in a brazillian prison for alonso would cheer me right up :) :-X

I hope Alonso comes off big time and Massa wins, that'd show Ferrari ;D ;D ;D
