The Most Powerful Austin Mini EVER!

So how big of an engine can one fit into an original Austin Mini?

How about a 24,250lb 4760cid V-18 with 12 turbochargers rated at 3500bhp and 10,326lb-ft of torque?

Found the Metric specs :

capacity of 78 litres to develop 3,500 bhp and getting on for 14,000 Nm of torque (the original Mini made do with just 80!).

Can you imagine the size of the driveshaft you'd need to transfer the power into the wheels? lol. And then when you do get that power to them, it's likely to shred them in seconds lol

I'm still trying to figure out how a motor that weighs more than the car works out.  :-?

They don't say here, although they kind of allude to it,
but I've got to wonder if it actually runs.

Upon looking at the pic again, I do notice an awful lot of support structures underneath it.
