Reading the destination guide its got me thinking, is it a little early in the year for a possibility of snow effecting a race for the first time in goodness knows how long?

Looks like a boring circuit.  Isn't there a decent existing track in S. Korea?

ChampCar had started construction on a semi-street circuit, although any progress is probably gone by now

I'm not sure it would be any better.
I suppose though at least it would be a street circuit in its truest sense, rather than the latest trend of, couple of roads, then past a harbor because if Monaco does it, everyone should, followed by a mickey mouse section constructed over car parks since that was the only way they could get near any water.
