Has anyone built rear-engined, aerodynamic limousines recently?

A lot of luxury cars have front engine and rear wheel drive. But that means transmission tunnel on the floor.

There are limousines with front engine and front wheel drive. But that hampers performance (the weight on front wheels decreases when accelerating).

There are rear-engined sports cars. But those usually have only 2 seats. A few are 2+2, with 2 doors, like Porsche 911, which is 449 cm long.

However, there is a famous classic 4-door with rear engine.

Tatra 77A. Spacious with 530-540 cm length, a limousine and aerodynamic.

Are there any more recent cars like this?

I came across this, but its only considered mid engine.

Not a limousine in the luxury sense but a 4 door rear engined car
- Skoda 120
- Seat 800 (fiat 500 based)

I think there are a lot of people who think Porsche should stop hanging the engine right out of the back of the 911. However, Porsche seem somewhat against admitting it's not ideal. Even when they took the back seats out of the GT3 RS they refused to put the engine in the space available.

Dont compare it with current Porsches... A Tatra T87 is more comparable to early 911s when comparing handling.
