No longer than 6 meters otherwise they will not fit in my garage.

Old Bentley Arnage R was 540 cm long, Arnage RL was 564 cm. Height 152 cm. This made them considerably smaller than Rolls-Royce Phantom - height 163 cm, length 583 cm for SWB, 608 cm for LWB. And considerably cheaper, too. Phantom was rather comparable to Maybach - height 158 cm, length 572 cm for Maybach 57, 617 cm for Maybach 62.

The new Rolls Ghost is much smaller - length 540 cm, like Arnage R and shorter than Arnage RL. The Ghost, at 155 cm height, is 3 cm high than Arnage R, wider and a bit more expensive - but much cheaper than Phantom.

What is the size range of Bentley Grand - smaller than Arnage and Ghost, equal in size, slightly bigger, or considerably bigger in the range of Phantom and Maybach?

I think, apart from Morgan, the only other British owned car company is the one that makes London Taxis, Lti.

Rolls Royce (licensed to use name) = BMW
Mini = BMW use the name but current the Mini is a BMW
Bentley (the original RR/Bentley factory) = VW
Jaguar/ Land Rover/ Range Rover = Tata Motors, India
Aston Martin - Owned by multinational investors including Ford
TVR = dead (purchased by kid Russian oligarch and closed)
Lotus = Proton (Malaysian)

In the car world, constant development and progress is required. A 'If it ain't broke don't fix it' mentality is a sure fire recipe for disaster. I see a similar thing happening in some modern US cars. Quality and progress is everything in the world of cars. Fail in either and you have a liability on your hands that may tarnish your image for years, if not terminally.
