It's finally starting to warm up and I can finally install the heater components that I bought for my 65 Comet....

However firstly I'm going to work on the brakes on my 2002 pt cruiser :) Stopped at the Advance auto parts today because they are the cheapest ones locally and got some decent rotors and pads for my 4 wheel disc brake setup :)

Will probably try to get at least the front brakes and rotors replaced tomorrow night if not the back too...

Cool, i wish i had mechanical skill to work on machinery, i know how my bike works and can do basic maintenance, thats were it stops :(. I always have the outmost respect for people that can do that stuff themselves!

lol, I don't have a lot of mechanical skills really...I just try to go out to the garage and start tinkering until it ends up working. If I fail to fix it myself I have to pay someone else to finish the work for me which is even more incentive to complete the work myself :).

a 'pt loser'... be ashamed of yourself...

That car has the worst handling you can imagine (for european standards that is)

4 disk brakes...gotta love them ;D  Drum brakes are such a pain in the arse to work on [smiley=door.gif]

Thats the best way to do it...learn by doing.  How I've learned to work on trucks and cars over the past few years.  Rarely need a shop now 8-)

I've found changing an oil filter on some cars to be a bigger PITA than rebuilding brakes.  Whoever designed the engine in a 2000 Cavalier must have never changed oil before :P  Her car is nearly due for a change again too :'(
