I liked how they also said, limit the teams to say $100 million. Poor old Super Augri and jordan midland spyker Okay whatever the hell they are called now, could only dream of spending.

Nice idea, but it will never happen. If the manufacturers are capped, they will leave. They are hear for a return and if it is capped, that could then limit or cancel out whatever they get back. However, I am with you..........it is a good idea.
