I agree 100%, just another reaction grabbing remark from him. I think that Max's remarks about Jackie Stewart would have been better directed at someone else (Bernie's fashion sense makes Jackie Stewart look look an Armani model )

Why would him threatening retirement keep someone from doing anything?  Let the old screw retire.
