1:Massa
2: Alonso
3: Heidfeld

Just watching practice, Hamilton is running litterally millimetres away from the wall at turn 13. I cant see him getting away with it for the whole race. Hopefully he moves further away from it over the weekend.
Raikonnen is looking poor again, he's off the track constantly and the thing is looking more like a drifting race to him.

Rumor has it, Lewis Hamilton has had to change his race engine.

Never mind, its been clarified now.

Well done Lewis, another decent performance, and again Alonso makes a mistake on his last hot lap - at least Martin brundle was kind enough to say he went off to clean his line for the start tomorrow...

Lewis just keeps on improving.. Alonso MUST be scratching his head, wondering how he's going to beat the boy wonder  ;D
As for Brundle's comment on cleaning the track for tomorrow, he may have a point but will it really make a difference?  :-/

Alonso ........ not quite the cool calm calculating personality of Schumacher so likely to loose his head and loose the race, as has been proved in the last two races. I keep expecting Hamilton to c ock up..... but he continues to amaze.

Its now at this point where I am asking myself, "will he mess up"?
I knew from watching him in GP2 that he'd be good but, never did I think he'd be this good, mainly down to the fact he did have some silly mistakes in GP2. Maybe Mclaren used the winter to get those mistakes out of him. Just hoping now he'll be at Silverstone again on Wednesday.

As in previous threads I've been saying Lewis has to have a bad weekend... law of averages says it's going to happen.. but I've given up on trying to predict when  ::)
No doubting, the kid's a born racer  :)

See thats the thing, he's a racer, but with the exception of monaco, he's not been put into a situation where he's been the guy having to race (not counting the rather fast starts). He's had to defend a few times and done it perfectly, but he's not yet shown what he can do following another car.

I agree, it would be interesting to see him a bit further back on the grid to see how he copes with a bit of "muscling" past other cars. Although judging by his performances in GP2 last year, especially Turkey, I'd say he'd cope with that too...

Just overhyped and having a good car, that's all.
