Istanbul(spoilers)

Well its now done with. The track? standard tillke crap, but credit where credit is due, turn 8 as i said a few months back, would be awesome, and it is. Sadly the rest isnt as challenging. Good race by Kimi, i have to admit i have never actually seen a car as stable and as balanced as the mclaren is now. There is no sawing of the steering wheel at all. Bring on one of my favourates in Monza, the Ferraris will be very fast round Monza and if they can use the new Bridgestones, they will certainly give the mclarens a headache.

I considered the circuit to be a good design and v.tough on both drivers and cars. Look at the DNFs! First interesting race since the US farce GP ;D

i agree its challenging, but its just Hermits standard long straight followed by sharp turn a few very slow corners then long straight. F1 cars dont like the slow corners two or more in a row. Next year will be the true test, when the bumps really start to form. Then we'll see alot more retirements :)
