Our Ford's possesed...

Postby flyboy 28 » Sat Sep 20, 2003 2:17 pm

For some odd reason, our 1993 Ford Exploder's horn keeps on honking. It's really annoying. My dad says something's stuck... Our neighbors have complained... Ughhh... :-/

Get an exorcist. They'll know what to do. Either that or smash it with a hammer. ;)

I found whacking the horn-press on my truck in a slightly panic stricken manner seem's to have given me a similar (but damn louder!) problem.

Apparently (the guy who came to fix it told me....) I'd flattened the contacts together and completed the circuit.

I'd say a similar thing's happened to flyboy's car.

the only 3 things a man needs in his toolbox, duct tape, WD40, and TNT.  if you cant fix it with that, dont bother trying ;)

Amen.

Thanks, though. We fixed it. Somthing was jammed in the engine, causing the car alarm to go off... odd...
