oh that road mosquito.
they are quite rare even in holland, which says something about the pricing as the Seat(spanish version of VW, usually cheaper) version is more common

VAG (master company of VW) is built up the following way

Top segment: Audi, VW Phaeton
Top middle segment: VW
lower middle segment: Seat, Skoda, VW Golf
Low segment: Skoda
Russian planes: IL-76 (all standard length ones),  Tu-154 and Il-62, Tu-134 and [url=http://an24.uw.hu/]An-24RV[/ur

We have them in England. They're quite common too.

They were designed because as the Golf evolved it lost some of the performance it had in the MkI/II era. So they built the Lupo as a sporty replacement. It comes with either a 1.5 or 3 litre engine. And goes like a bomb.

Trust me, you can buy them with a 3l engine. It is a city car. But a city car with the performance of a Golf MkI.

That sure ain't no Rabbit, besides I thought VW stopped making them. Anyway, it looks like a toned down Golf.
