I'll agree with it based on the original evidence posted.
But from here on out we go with the idea that I thought was originally intended with the 3 grid 3 result idea.

I think in one race last season I had as my prediction the exact grid position but the race finished in a completely different order.

eg Grid 123 = Hamilton, Massa, Alonsso = 5 bonus points for the exact match of all 3... but the race might finish Massa, Hamilton, Alonsso giving 20 points for the race. Alternatively none of them might finish but you still get the bonus points. Disqualification and grid penalties will make the bonus void and with some penalties being held till the next race

But the original intension was that it should act as a consolation to anyone who managed to predict grid 123 but perhaps not the final three....

Vote is probably the best bet....

I can't see the confusion here lads. We're predicting the final classified top 3 in the race. If our picks HAPPEN to qualify in the same order you get a 5 point bonus. The rest stays as it is.

Saying it like that, makes it mean what you & Craig have been thinking it should be...

OK, to clarify.
Pick who you think will finish 1st, 2nd and 3rd.
If they line up on the grid in that order you get a 5 point bonus... even if they all crash at the first corner.

Saying it like this, makes it the way Mic & I think it is.

Why?

I thought I made it quite clear. We're NOT picking the qualifying 1-2-3. If our RACE tips happen to be the grid there's your bonus 5 points... even if all 3 picks crash in the race.

I know we're not picking the qualifying order, I haven't been trying to do that at all.
