F1 Australian GP: Your predictions..

Postby MWISimmer » Thu Mar 15, 2007 2:33 pm

Just a bit of fun, give your predictions for the GP this Sunday, podium (Top 3) only.
10 points for each correct prediction, 5 points for right prediction, wrong place ie 1st = 2nd.

Example:

1 Alonso
2 Button
3 Massa

If the race finishes like the above, 30 points to you (All 3 correct). If Button finishes second (correct prediction), but Massa wins (right prediction, wrong place) and Alonso doesn't finish, 15 points to you... get it?

No prizes, just a bit of SimV kudos  :) Maybe we can carry this throughout the season?

1: Massa
2: Hamilton
3: Alonso

I think Kimi will be up there by bahrain but it could take him a while to adapt his style for the Ferrari in race trim. Hamilton I dont know why but I think for the first race or two will finish higher than Alonso, but end up with a Rosberg type season.

remember Lewis made his name by making passing moves in gp2 that were risky and impossible to make in an F1 car.  ;)

My prediction is that we'll see lots of adverts going round and round in a circle at a couple of hundred Km/H ;D

Alonso, Kimi, Massa (if he can make it through the grid, if not Heidfeld, assuming he doesn't break).

Massa took an engine change so is starting last.
I dont think Alonso will win. He is working twice as hard in the car to get simmilar performance. Cant do that for the whole race.

I have to find out when the race is going to be shown to TV here. Starts in 6 minutes, but I doubt they will show it live... its 23:00 local.

Which part are you referring too? The adverts or the fact that it's going several hundred km/h? I dont think Honda can or has a chance for either. ;) :)

Good race. I wont say anymore for those who haven't seen it. Not a huge fan of the track but it provides a nice setting for first race.
