2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

He knows that it won't happen (McLaren winning their appeal & Him retiring because Lewis is handed the title) so it's a bit of an empty threat.
Now if it was Max who'd said that I'd be hoping Ron wins...

To be honest if I had that in writing, I'd be happy to see the title handed over. Take one for the team Kimi. ;) ;D

I agree 100%, just another reaction grabbing remark from him. I think that Max's remarks about Jackie Stewart would have been better directed at someone else (Bernie's fashion sense makes Jackie Stewart look look an Armani model ;D)

Why would him threatening retirement keep someone from doing anything?  Let the old screw retire.
