It's back!

My baby, the 1965 Mercury Comet is back from the garage with BRAKES!

Sad thing is I didn't even get to drive it this time, I went to check on it today with my mechanic and he told me it was done and since I'm storing it like 2 minutes down the road he said he'd drive over there with me to drop it off :-X

lol, plans to drive it soon though :)

Hope to take it to work at least once before it gets too cold outside again... ;)

oh..btw...

basically what he did was run all new stainless steel lines all around the car just like from the factory, new wheel cylinders, shoes, springs, hardware, etc, hoses, etc. He also had to put in a new master cylinder as well. On top of all of that he flushed the coolant for me and changed the oil...all for a cool $750 which I gladly paid because I know all of the work involved to do all of the work :)
