Hi all,

Whilst on my hols I visited the Yorkshire Aircraft Museum (more pics later). But whilst I was there I was shocked (& extremely happy) to find this little number hanging around the hangar:

The Jaguar XK-180 prototype. It was originally released at one of the car shows as a concept car, but I forget which one.

I've always loved this car & always thought it should've gone into production. Not sure how many were made, but this one was fully functional & sounded amazing - it's also worth about a

It reminds me a little of certain TVRs with the styling, but I have to agree it is a lovely looking beastie. How fast is it?

Not sure on the speed - I don't think they ever published the figures.

Jeremy clarckson did drive that one in a Top Gear episode. its fast and sounds fantastic
