Well, for thoes who wanted a 777, there was a Wilco, or the (GREAT) POSKY models. Now CaptainSim has put out there beta with a full functional VC.

It is getting better and better with each release and please do not forget you get it 20 Euro cheaper than those who will get it after 1.0 is released so why not. I trust CS, the 777 will be as great as 737.

Let's bring you all up to speed.  There currently at .8 which is awesome.  They currently have an LR model (which is PMDG base pack).  There s also the extremity nice interior as well. As you couldn't with anything from .6 or below, you can fly her from anywhere you want.

So there at .9.  Everything is almost done.  All that need to be done are the RAT dropping randomly... and some of some bugs but its almost there... probably another month and a half away!   PMDG you need to get your a** in gear!!

Annnnnnnnnd it's out!! The 1.0

Well boys and girls, they have the 1.2 out right now which is great to fly. It has all the CS goodies you expect, WX Radar, even terrine in the MFD. the sounds are spectacular, but the flight Configurations need to be a little duller, it's to sharp and the VNAV like to climb at a ferocious rate that isn't possible. Otherwise it is great. PMDG however are running into a few problems. There are no more updates on the Facebook page after July 4th, and they haven't said a word since. I'm speculating that something has gone wrong and is not right, delaying the 777X even more. They should release the DC-6 so they can have a new product and it won't be two years since they did one last! I honestly think that the DC-6 will be Accusim on steroids. Honestly, PMDG attention to detail and detail to the system, they will not miss anything.

That DC-6 they talked about over a year ago !!! I was expecting it to be out this early spring, then early summer, but now, I'm having doubts that it ever really excisted.

I have PMDG's 747-400's Boxed edition and its alright, Fair, but theres hardly any repaints for it, not many, I've got a few, but there seems to be way more of their 737 series, but the 747 PMDG's its like they put it on the back burner or just quit messing with it or something,,,

I doubt i'd want or need PMDG's DC6 tho.

But heres what I remember of it from back in Feburay of 2012 when all the Hype was circulating around forum boards back then.

Don't believe this is their actual livery tho, Because I have this exact paint scheme on a similar aircraft and I believe if I remember right its for a Manford Johns DC-7 actually. It kinda appears they repainted it with their PMDG Logo's on it,, as a Concept of sorts as to what it might look like if, when they do one.

Beaucse the NGX is so much better than the current 747. They are doing a 747 V2.0 so it will have all the stuff in the NGX and upcoming 777
