I dl'ed some free rex tex on grass and roads, and its working fine on my 64.
Try and tell us how you install it?

Posted: Tue Apr 24, 2012 10:58 amI know mine loaded to a default location and mine runs fine. I didn't have to tweak a thing. I have the same OS as you as well. Double check your download to make sure you have the correct one. Possibly uninstall and then do a fresh install....
