   Does anyone know whether or not I would be able to reuse my FSPassengers registration code if I accidentally uninstalled it?

Probably find more help about FSPassengers here:

You might need a new code.

Just reinstall FspX and when you activate use your code.

I have upgraded my PC various times, clean OS & FSX  install everytime, used my code everytime I reinstalled FsxP.
