I recently downloaded Carenado's Piper Archer, but I have one problem. All of the gauges in the aircraft don't work, VC or normal panel. Everything else works, and I love it, but it is extremely annoying to have to fly a payware plane off the the stupid digital overhead info bar thingy. Please help!!!

Uninstall and reinstall.  Make sure you aren't trying to install a FS2004 model into FSX or vice versa.  If that doesn't work, contact Carenado.   ;)
