Feelthere ERJ series questions

Is the documentation good, is the flight model realistic? Is Feelthere customer support helpful, or unhelpful? You get the picture
Just wanted to gather some more info before I make a purchase with a developer I've never dealt with before. If you are disappointed with it, don't hesitate to tell me!
