Anyone know of a decent B-29?

For FS2004....

A2A Simulations/Wings of Power "World War II Bombers & Jets" has a very nice -29 in it.

For FSX.....

with this sim, just forget about a decent -29, and go for the a2a sims B-17 with Accusim.

The A2A B-29 works well in both.  ;)

B-29 is out of print, no longer available. I would like to get the B-17 eventually, but I would rather have a 29.

Try looking at your local "Best Buy" stores in your area. That's where I picked up my copy.

Uhh, small town, no Best Buy. We do have Walmart and Office Depot though.

Have you tried Shockwaves?

Do you mean looking on the A2A site for the product or posting a question on the forum?

Shockwave and A2A is the same company. They just had to change their name from Shockwave due to a certain big media provider with the same name.

I suppose you could try asking on their forums about the B-29.

I do believe we have a decent freeware B-29 here at simv  ;)
Alienware X51_R2 (thank you wife) Windows 8.1, 6GB Ram, Intel Core i3-4150 CPU @3.50GHz
FSX Acceleration settings on max, no twitches or glitches.

Nope, doesn't work in FSX. Well, it works, sort of, but it's really bad and would take a lot of work, that I don't know how to do. And it would still have the usual FS9 aircraft in FSX problems.

Wish list:
B-29
;D
