Has anyone dealt with Iris before concerning product support and if so, how was your experience? I have posted on their forum and submitted a support ticket. Based on the response I have received in the last 2 weeks (none) it seems as though I have been filed in the ignore section. I was wondering if this is unusual and I should be patient or if this is typical and I need to just move on. Thanks.
