Learning the PMDG MD11

Ah, the pmdg md-11...

The best way to learn is to go watch a youtube video.   The fmc looks hard and intimidating but its actually quiet simple once you get the hang of it.

I have read the whole London - Zurich tutorial now and the thing i have learned is that i should load the flightplan then add the SID for the departure route and the star for the approach route. The thing is that i can program the route but not the SID and star. Where do i get this information?

If i, for example, want to fly the Finnair route from Helsinki to Bangkok. How do i get the SID ands star information for this flight? On the FMC tutorials on the tube i saw him download this on a website but this website seems to be  US. airport only?

I testprogrammed a route now and just took random departure runway and random SID but this route does not connect with my flightpath/airway.
