Has anyone here used "Air Hauler" or "Cargo Pilot" from Just Flight? I'm thinking of buying one of them. I've used FSPax before, but I've gotten fed up with the support, or lack there of.

Air Hauler is ment to be really good!

Google it and read some reviews on it (eg. Avsim.com, flightsim.co.nz, etc...)

I got the demo, and so far like, but Cargo Pilot is 15 bucks cheaper and I want to make sure I pick the right one.

Do NOT buy Air Hauler.  Your friends will forget what you look like, you'll lose sleep, forget to eat, develop calluses on your backside, just to mention a few.

I have both AH and CP.  AH is everything I wished CP was.  You're really not saving anything buying Cargo Pilot.  It's OK, but Air Hauler is so much better.
