FS Excell?

....If you mean FSX: Acceleration.......then yeah, it's worth it in my opinion. Might be hard to find the stand alone package though since most of the time it seems to be packaged with the basic program in a "gold edition" set.
Comes with an EH101 helicopter, P-51 Mustang, and an F-18 Hornet. Along with these, you get a lot more missions to try them out on. Also, some third party addons require components from these aircraft to function properly, so you might as well get it.
;)

REX for FS9 will be just like REX for FSX, they will release it when we are at the point of finally giving up and buying something else. ;D

Joking, according to their site, it's alpha testing now, so it should finally be available sometime after Christmas if Alpha & beta testing last as long as the FSX version did.

Although from a marketing standpoint, a release just before Christmas would almost guarantee a hot seller. ;)

The product you asked about originally looks like garbage, if they won't even post shots large enough to see the difference, than they are probably hiding something. ::)
