If you bought REX from the FlightSimStore.com website, you need to log onto your account there. Then in order history click the link to your original REX purchase. The download link to REX 2.0 should be on this page. It is a 91.21mb download. Hope this helps.

EDIT: they did, but not too much... mainly in the RED region I believe... and they also changed some landclass
