Skysim Dassault Mirage III/V
I understand that this aircraft should come with external fuel tanks and weapons, but none appear on my aircraft.
I sent Skysim an email nearly two months ago, and half a dozon after that regarding this issue and have had no reply.

Have you had a similar problem, and if so have you fixed it?

PS. I've tried reinstalling it, but that does not help.

I don't have this aircraft, but I am assuming that you already browsed through the manual just in case you need to do a special procedure to get these features activated?

Also, you may want to ask at http://www.cbfsim.org/cbfsim/cbfsBB/ since I believe that they might have some connections to the developers since it is a British company that produced this addon.
