A2A Shockwave light codes.

I paid for a file download of the A2A Shockwave light package but didn't get the PDF manual explaining the codes included in the zip. Is there anywhere I can get a PDF copy coz there's suppose to be more than 40 lights but I've only got around a third judging by the various aircraft cfg files. I've sent A2A several emails but havn't had a reply.

My pdf only gives the details for about 15 or so lights, and they're for the aircraft only.

Everything else related to airport lighting, etc . . , is installed automatically.

I have the redux package for FS9; not sure how much of a difference there is between the two.
