FSGenesis Downloading Issues

I just ordered some mesh prods from FSGenesis.  When I get to the download part, I cant seem to get it to work.  I ordered the hard copies for my old machine.

Assume I know nothing about the process as reading the instructs didnt do me a bit of good...LOL.

Not sure that I can help because you did not say what kind of problems you are having.

I have a Galaxy membership, I have downloaded mega byte file after mega byte file and I have never had a problem.

Two things that I can think of, your antivirus software needs to be turned off because it is not compatible with FSGensis downloads or the server of the internet service that you subscribe to may not like the FSGenesis server.

If you turn off your antivirus software do not forget to turn it back on when you are done downloading FSGenesis files.
