Hi ,
I have attempted to read that PDF , but cannot see how to make movements in small increments in the virtual cockpit with the keypad ?  I want to move small amounts to the left or rt.  with the number pad ( #4 or #5  ) when in the pilots seat , but jumps to the engine view quickly .  Make sense ??
Thanks ,
Jamie

Are you saying it instantly switches views instead of gliding or panning?

It's been two years since I've messed with it but there should be a setting somewhere. I'll do some research and get back to you if nobody else answers.

Hi Skittles ,

If I want to say move left slightly while looking at the panel,  and hit #4 key on the number pad ,  it goes too far with only one fast click .  Wind up with part of the panel view and part of the engine .  Would like to move a small amount , but could not find out how to make a setting change to accomplish that . I suppose you know that Active Camera is payware for FS2004 ?  I have paid for the program .
Thanks ,
Jamie

Alright I think I know what you're saying.

Basically you are the x and the y's are your screen view:

Original:
YYYYYYYYYYXYYYYYYYYYY

What Active Camera is doing:
YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYXYYYYY

What you want it to do:
YYYYYYYYYYYXYYYYYYYYY

Am I getting this right? :-?

Hi Stoker ,

I believe you have it right .  There must surely be a setting that I am missing .
Thanks ,
Jamie

1. Its skoker

2. If you go into active camera settings theirs a little box at the bottom that says "running speed -m/s"  set that to something small like .25.  That should make you walk so slow that you can get into any position.  I just don't know if it effects just theoutside or both in and out.

Hi Skoker ,

I almost didn't find " Payware " and didn't even know there was such a listing .  I had fiddled with the setting you suggested , but apparently did not change it enough and noted very little difference .  I just changed it as you suggested and it is great now .
thanks a lot !

Jamie

Skoker, thanks for helping Jamie,

I'm still trying to find my copy of the program.
