ImagineSims KCLT ATC Problem

Any of you that have ImagineSims Charlotte KCLT I am getting no ATC instructions spoken or shown in the ATC window when asking for taxi. I am able to turn on the progressive taxi to get to the runway. Once I get to the runway I am able to ask for takeoff clearance and hear the atc talking and then all is fine. It is as if there is no ground ATC there? Any of you guys have a solution as I am getting no response from ImagineSim.

If anybody is interested I got an emaol today from ImagineSim and they said that they were in the process of updating all of their AFCAD/ATC files and hope to have them ready end of March or early April.
