Forgot where The fix is? (Level D 767)

I remember I was on the forums but forgot which one. It was either simviation or avsim or flightsim but I seen a fix for the level D 767 and the sensitivity problem it has for the Saitek controllers. Now I cant find it and wanted to know where it was again.
