My problem with Flight1

I think it is my duty (and I ask the administrators of this forum to give me the opportunity) to let all the people that have a passion for Flight Simulator know about my problem with the well-known distributor of Flight 1 software.
Everything below is based on facts and documents:
I decided to buy through the website of Flight 1 the program FS Global 2008 on Sunday, 09th of March 2008.
I paid online with my credit card, I received through e-mail the confirmation of my order, payment done and the link of Flight 1 where I can connect to check the track status of my order; this is what I did the day after and I checked that the software was sent by airmail the 10th of March 2008 at 9.18 AM ( I guess this it is only an internal Flight1 tracking system, not an official receipt); so I had only to wait for it.
The 4th of April, considering the long time I was waiting for it, I decided to contact the Costumer Care of Flight 1, where I opened a ticket of assistance to inform them that I didn

First of all.. this is your first post here so you signed up to this forum to SPAM a complaint and have admitted you are doing this in other forums.
Second, Flight1 is well known for being one of the most respectable MSFS software distributors in the world.

I can do nothing other than support the comments from NickN
I have been dealing with Flight1 for so many years I can barely recall.
I have never had a problem
I have purchased at least 9 add-ons for FSX from them without a hitch.
I am the one who loses the 'keys' for downloads, and Flight1 always supplies them.
Do as Nick says. Go into the forum and let Steve Halpern know of your problem, it will be sorted out. I am sure you won't spam us if you find that in fact you created the problem through some slip of the finger.
There are some other suppliers that I could vent about, but Flight 1 is one of the good sites.

I Have to agree with the previous 2 postings. Flight 1 are an exceptionally good provider of software AND customer service. It is however possible to make mistakes and somtimes the postal service (in what ever part of the world) is not up to the job.
Keep persevering (telephone I think is always a better option ove e-mial) and you will get - in my opinion - the best peice of global "scenery" software money can buy.

+4 I agree there isn't a better flight sim addon site on the web, my only gripe is they dont have an affiliate program, I would love advertise Flight1 on my websites

And I'm +5 to say here that all MY experiences with Flight1 have been very positive.
No company can get everything 100% all the time. There is likely something VERY unusual here that relates to this posting..... and that situation MIGHT be outside of their direct control (as in the post system).
Additionally, as NickN says, since this is your firdt posting here those that frequent these forums do not "know" you in any way. So the context of your comments have absolutely no "background" against which to evaluate it.
Good luck getting it straightened out. I am SURE that you will.

However after my post in some dedicated forums finally I received an answer from Flight1 as it follows:

I am sorry that you have not received this software. It appears that it has been lost somewhere in the mail system. I can either provide you a refund of the product or make another delivery attempt. Please let me know what you would me to do. I believe Matt was on vacation and the reason he didn't reply.

There is always someone monitoring the Flight1 forums
http://www.simforums.com/forums/forum_topics.asp?FID=25if you ever have a problem and for some reason email does not seem to be getting through, which can happen for many reasons in this day and age, for fastest service.. use the support forum.
Steve personally monitors it.
