Installed GEXn v1.07 update. Installed without a hitch. I use Norton anti-virus. Just curious. What did the update do.

It replaced the autogen files for 3 texture sets and also replaced a set of textures that were found to have an error in them, and, in the process upgraded winter for those textures.

Where you fly you may, or may not notice a difference. It depends of if you fly in the patch affected areas. None the less the patch is needed to ensure correct autogen layout in several areas and to ensure correct texture alignment in several rural environments

Sorry for the obvious question: If I purchase GEXn do I also need the original GEX (I'm assuming no but thought I'd ask to be certain).

No

GEXn replaces GEX completely

If you purchase/download the current product it is GEXn.. the interface will then automatically check your version and show you any updates available from within the interface

Thank you.  Purchased and installed UTX-USA, GEXn, ST NA and FSG mesh NA.  FSX will never be the same!  Great work on GEXn and I look forward to GEXn EU.
