New Staff Reviewers Wanted

Once again AVSIM is searching for new staff reviewers. We have had to let some of our review staff go due to their inability to meet their voluntary commitments. Yes, these positions are voluntary but they do have some perks. Firstly, you get to be a part of the #1 fan-based simming website.

If you feel that you can produce reviews that match the skills of Sr reviewers like Gene, Zane, Jeff and David; as well as staff reviewers Laurie, Robert, Etienne and Angelique, then we want you as part of our team.

This job is not for the younger crowd who spend a lot of time behind the stick, but doesn't quite have the writing skills of a seasoned technical writer (unless you're a journalism major). You should be able to write detailed, technical, well researched, unbiased reviews about the products that AVSIM provides you to review. You should be able to dedicate at least 15 hrs+ to flying the product and push every button to let your fellow simmer know what the product is all about. Afterall, many fellow simmers rely on your opinion as to whether this is the product they have been waiting for.

You will be expected to produce a review at least every 4-6 weeks, but if you want to do more, there are products just waiting for you. For further details or to have any of your questions answered, contact the Reviews Editor and/or submit a sample review of something in your inventory in the style you have seen here on the AVSIM website. (Word documents are fine, no editing on your part required)[/glow]

Just saw this on www.avsim.com  ;)

thanks for that ;)

I've considered Avsim, but their rather strict reviewing contract would keep me from posting at sites like the V :(

So, I chose to remain independent  ;D
