FDC Live Cockpit + Level-D 767 + FSConv issue....

I know lot's op people are having problems with using FDC Live cockpit's extended features for Level-D 767 using the FSConv utility. Unfortunatelly, the FDC site is missing the images where they explain how to set it up. I'd really like to use it!
Is there anyone out there who's using it, and have a working fsconv.ini file?
