Captain Sim Space shuttle (FSX version)

Okay, I have the Captain Sim Space Shuttle for FSX, and I was wondering how I opened up the hatch at the top so that the arm comes out. I've pressed EVERY button in the VC, and nothing.

Try Shift+2 Captain Sim has this animation configurator, press the arm button, if it has one, and there you go!
