Instant Scenery Problem

Hello,

I got Instant Scenery for FSX and for some reason i cannot use it. I have read the manual but to no work. The program does not show in the top bar in FSX when you press alt and it is not in the addons folder.
What is worng and what is a solution. Also to save time i do have the 1.02 version which is the newest.
