Ground Environment & Ultimate Terrain

Hi there, well i brought Ultimate Terrain Europe and before i install it im just wondering whether it will mix well with Ground Enviroment or whether it will mess it up please comment back, thank you
Specs:

AMD Phenom 9750 Quad-Core Processor 2.4GHz
4GB RAM
ATI Radeon HD 4350
500GB Hard-drive
Blue-ray.

Two separate texture layers.
I run both and there is no problem.

A great combo and a world of difference!
