Lack of PMDG support

I was billed twice after purchasing the 747 from PMDG, which is a truly stunning airplane.  I have sent 4 emails and called them and I have not heard anything at all.  Does anyone know how to get through to this company?  I thought they were really on top of things but I finding out the hard way that isnt the case.  Any help sure would go a long way.  Thanks, Todd

I think their forum might be the best way to contact them  ;)
