EDIT: I found out it's from FFS but they no longer trade, can I get it from anywhere else?

Now that FFS has closed it's doors i do not believe that you can get the FFS Saab 340 - it was a great package and every switch and button performed the same functions as the real aircraft. It was superbly detailed.

FFS had a location where people who owned previous versions of the Saab 340 could download it temporarily, but i believe that site closed about a month ago.

I had a new computer built a few months ago and moved everything to the new rig but most of my FS applications and add ons were incorrectly backed up... it didnt bother me that bad because i was in the transition from FS9 to FSX... but i sure miss that FFS SAAB 340 what a plane for FS!

Dam, that's really annoying, I worked on the real thing a few years ago as an engineer, that's why I'd really like it.  :-[

great airplane, great autopilot, if you get one with fairly "loose" controls they fly nice, they have a really good radar on them, the panel is really laid out very well.

the SF340 only needs two things...

1. at least some means of running good air conditioning when the engines are turned off... if it had that it would be a perfect twin turboprop regional airliner. (APU perhaps?)

2. Trailing link landing gear, landings in the saab with those straight legs are very inconsistent... you will either get a greaser or just plop it down - no in between hahaha

you can still get the FSS 340 - torrent file... thats all I will say  :-X

FFS closed down? That's news to me
