I heard about his from an upload someone made at Avsim.  Is it any good, and why can't I find it anywhere else other than this page I found on google?

Its in most GAME stores and you can buy it on that web page. I think it was given out with FSX when it first came out only in GAME shops.

Seems pretty straightforward.  Kind of an odd selection of aircraft, but nothing untoward about it.  I wouldn't bother, as there are already fantastic models of most of these available as freeware...
